Moscato Cupcakes
Last Wednesday I tried out a new cupcake recipe that I found in my Trophy - Cupcakes and Parties book (find my review of this book under book reviews). For this recipe, I found the Champagne Cupcakes recipe and substituted moscato for the champagne in both the frosting and the cupcakes. The Moscato Frosting ended up being one of my favorite frostings because of the light, fluffiness, and tastiness of it. The cupcakes were so much more enjoyable with milk-in a fancy glass.
